This is me after the run (I got really upset since Mama beat me). I ran my 5k in 30:10, with no training at all. In this picture thought I didn't win.
But I did win 1st place! Mama didn't get anything. This is me with my trophy and the running group.

Ooooooooh my goodness Gavin!!! YOU ROCK!!!!! My 5k time would be way faster since the ambulance would be taking me to the hospital after passing out...I'm just kidding with you!! (Although I seriously don't run marathons since I am not as AWESOME as you are!!) GREAT JOB GAVIN!!!! Love and miss you!!!
