Was a long day of potty training:
And of being cute:

I think all of my training is getting to them :)

For the record:

Daily naps may lead to little one's getting up at 9:30 pm (after going to bed at 8pm).

Just another evening at the Mockett house

more of July..

so much more happened in July, sadly my camera was misplaced for a short time, so all we have is my poor story telling to go on.
Gavin spent 6 entire days (and nights) at Camp Rockfish! What a big man he is, going off with out mom or dad, to do his own thing. I wish I had pics to post of him packing and getting ready... but I do have a link so you can check out his cool camp http://camprockfish.org/
What else is going on? I have been working on getting the little ones napping everyday (What a sanity saver when they do sleep!!) So far it has been a very successful venture--I put them down with books and blankees, and then I sit in the room with them and read to them and then I read my daily homework assignment. Yup, I am still taking college classes. Right now I am beginning week four of Personal Finance, and I am learning a lot about laws, taxes and budgets.
I did finally find my camera, and will update garden pics and new kiddo photos soon. Lastly, I am training for a half marathon Sept 5th (Virginia beach rock n roll half marathon http://virginia-beach.competitor.com/event-info/ ),


and an Olympic triathlon Sept 12th (Washington DC, http://www.thenationstriathlon.com/ )

This has been one crazy month...
The fourth of July festivities were sweltering hot and with some long lines for cool rides like this one:

The kiddos had a great time with their gramma, reading and visiting downtown Fayetteville.
